ARCC’s Freelance Team

ARCC Innovations is very pleased to announce its freelance team has grown recently, with the addition of two new members; with such high demand for ARCC’s products over the past months, new personnel and expertise have been needed to meet it and assist with the ongoing projects here. All ARCC’s businesses have benefitted from their help and insight across the product development and commercialisation process. Each with varied backgrounds, their profiles indicate the type of interesting and flexible individuals that ARCC seeks to work with.

Philip Heard – Freelance Mechanical Design Engineer

Introducing Philip. With 15 years of mechanical design experience in various placements across the South Cambridgeshire tech cluster, in automation, industrial printing and packaging, and making research equipment for medical purposes, Philip is an independent consultant with great expertise in CAD and rapid prototyping. Having also established his own company in 2017, 100% Engineering, Philip really is a veteran of ‘Silicon Fen.’

An instant fit at ARCC, Philip joined the team in September 2020 and his input in this short time has already been of great use. Assisting in the exciting R&D projects underway at ARCC Bikes, Philip’s help has accelerated operations dramatically. We look forward to seeing how else Philip and ARCC can work together.
